At Petal Relief, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email]. We offer refunds or exchanges on unused items returned in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used wellness devices cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping. All prices are in AUD.
